Design and launch a private, secure, and competitive MVP (Minimum Viable Product) payment application for esports. This application would allow two or more individuals to quickly and easily pool funds electronically for competitive gaming. The project aimed to create a relatable, gamified interface experience, coupled with a robust rewards system built on retention and loyalty.

My approach began with acute target market understanding and competitor analysis within the esports payment sector. This involved deep dives into existing solutions, identifying their weaknesses, and pinpointing unmet user needs to carve out a disruptive market opportunity. Based on these insights, we crafted a compelling brand identity for the MVP application that resonated with the esports community’s competitive spirit while emphasizing security and ease of use.
This brand foundation guided the development of a relatable, gamified interface experience, designed to be intuitive and engaging for the target audience. Crucially, we architected a sophisticated rewards and incentives program focused on retention and loyalty, specifically designed to re-engage users even after losing.
